We would spend weeks preparing them and all of our parents/grandparents would come and watch. It was so much fun! My least favorite memory was how strict some teachers were when we would use instruments. Some of them would get really upset when students would even touch them before we began and we were all just really curious about the interments and the noises they would make.

Our music teacher at the time did not have her own classroom, so she would travel to each classroom with a cart full of all kinds of things. My favorite part about it though was that she always had her guitar, and she would sing songs with us and teach us how to count the beats or tell us about the different chords of the guitar. My least favorite music memory was every year after third grade because we got a new music teacher, and every year he would make us write songs. We had to come up with our own lyrics and notes, but no one understood how to compose music.

She always made me smile and I learned a lot. I was in theatre growing up and have always been a music lover for as long as I can remember. It was a huge production that you got to do in 5th grade that we all looked forward to. We spent all of spring semester preparing for it and rehearsing. It was considered such a "huge deal" and other grades came to watch along with parents and faculty. I can still recite the songs today. My least favorite aspect of elementary music was probably learning to read music because it was so difficult at first. But overall, I really enjoyed elementary music class!

Music in Bollywood movies is very popular and that was were I got my music/songs from. Least favorite memory would be when teachers use to give beating for not knowing the rhymes.

My least favorite memories of elementary music involve having to try out for parts and solos for concerts. I was very shy and embarrassed to sing in front of my peers and friends so it made me very anxious.
