Technology means a lot in our everyday lives. We cannot spend one minute without technology. As it solves all our problems immediately and helps us to connect with our loved ones. I cannot imagine my life without my parents, siblings and family as I am very close to them. From last 5-6 years I haven’t met my parents and my family. But due to technology like iPhone, computers, laptops and so on made my life very easy and feel me connected with them. Every time I use to talk with them on a video-call like WhatsApp, messenger, facetime.

In today’s era, everyone is health conscious. Play has a deep meaning in the yoga world. The concepts of health, well-being and the careful balancing act of risk. I always prefer yoga, meditation which provides a haven where I can playfully, yet mindfully explore the limitations of my body and mind via complex physical postures, breathwork, etcetera.

Yoga is a holistic practice which heel my body, mind, and soul. While doing various yoga poses, I can able to develop my strength, flexibility, and balance while developing a stronger inner connection. Furthermore, yoga’s fun style can be an effective tool for promoting mental and emotional well-being. It helps me to feel a sense of liberation from stress, anxiety, and other mental burdens.

While performing this activity there are some risks involved. As there is always a chance of discomfort or damage whenever I try difficult positions and motions. However, it is precisely by this careful balancing act between risk and reward that I can develop resilience, self-awareness, and self-compassion.

According to modern Sociocultural viewpoint, young infants are extremely adept co-constructors of their own development (Ahn, 2011). While indulging in these activities, it not even provides harm but also gives benefit by showing the agency in a variety of ways through play, including through their knowledge, attitudes, actions, and behaviour.

Today, while doing a morning walk in my backyard I examined the language of science via shadows. It provides a fascinating voyage into the relationship between matter, light, and perception. As light plays an important role in everyone’s life. When I was walking, along with that my shadow was also moving and changing the size. It looks very interesting, and I think science is everywhere in nature. I examined by making various shapes on the wall by using my hand and notice when an item blocks the flow of light, then a shadow is created. The characteristics of light such as absorption, diffraction, reflection, and refraction, aid in the explanation of shadow formation. Moreover, the concepts of optics are used by scientists to examine shadow patterns, which are crucial in disciplines like physics, astronomy, and photography. I think shadow generation and behaviour are affected by atmospheric conditions. Through exploring science through shadows, we can go beyond academic borders and get valuable insights into the nature of light, space and cognition.

I really love dancing. While I was getting bored, I like to dance on some Punjabi songs. I never realized through dance I can play with language of movement. It surprises me when I think more deeply about this. The dance is an interplay between the fluidity of physical expression and intricate linguistic communication. While dancing, movement becomes a vehicle for conveying emotions, narratives, and abstract concepts. Dancing allows my body to move accordingly to the song. As on Punjabi songs, dance steps are different, for English songs steps are different. Fundamentally, the act of movement communicates a great deal through the elegant articulation of the body. Every move, posture, and attitude paint a vivid picture and evokes strong feeling.

Furthermore, the language of movement is not limited to formal dance; it permeates social dynamics and everyday encounters. Moves can be anything from the small motion of a conversation to the large flourishes of a ceremonial ceremony. I can express my intentions, feelings, and social cues through body language, and by dancing to sad and happy songs which also improves communication and makes me relaxed.

Play activities, like actions, gestures, the use of objects, and mark-making, were important because they may serve as stepping stones to spoken and written language, according to Vygotsky.

After reading the feedback on Assignment 1. I tried my best to mould my assignment in different way by adding the elements of nature with agency, and sense of place, rather than science and mathematics. During my place thought walk I have noticed lots of nature’s elements, each possessing its unique agency and presence within this verdant sanctuary.

The first element to greet me is Earth, it solid grip beneath my feet bringing me back to earth. I am reminded of the land’s resiliency and stability as I walk down the paths because they provide the basis for all life in the park. I realised the vegetation that grows in its rich soil along with the micro-organisms offering a safe refuge for a variety of eco-systems.

Afterthat, I observed the flowers caught senses and pulled me into their realm with their vivid colours and subtle fragrances. They exhibited strong agency through their blooms, drawing pollinators like bees, butterflies, and birds, which aided in reproduction and guaranteed the survival of their species. The sequences and other mathematical principles manifested in their petals as their symmetry and patterns spoke to the mathematical elegance inherent in nature.

During my walk, I able to observe the agency of trees, flowers, earth, and soil which helped me to understand the beauty of the natural world. Their existence act as a constent reminder of the interdependence of all living things and the significance of protecting and fostering ecosystem delicate equilibrium. Through their silence, they encourage me to develop a stronger feeling and cultivate a deeper sense of reverence and care for the earth we live on.
