It’s very powerful to see them reflect on that once they are a bit older. To know that you had a positive impact on their lives is all the confirmation I need to know that I chose the right career path. Knowing that there are parents who care this deeply and know that it takes a combined effort from all sides gives me hope for my own future classrooms. How brave of these students to come and share their story as well.
