ANC Earbuds are a substitute for the Airpods Pro 3

ANC has released a pair of "airpods" with an msrp of $150, while Apple just released their new Airpods Pro 3 which have an msrp of $250. WIth the ear buds being eerily similar the ANC earbuds are seemingly the perfect substitute for the Apple Airpods. They come in at $100 cheaper and are essentially the same product. When looking at a demand curve for the Apple Airpods due to the ANC earbuds being a substitute at a cheaper price than NICEST shows that the demand curve will shift to the left. This is because the demand for Airpods will decrease with a cheaper alternative being available, price also might drop over time. People that cannot afford to pay $250 for a pair of earbuds will now have a cheaper alternative without a lot of lost quality. This helps support those with tighter budgets. It primarily effects the middle to lower class who do not have a ton of extra cash lying around. It also effects the revenue Apple will generate with the release of their new Airpods Pro 3 since they are competing against a cheaper alternative.

Tariffs on sugar

The supply graph would shift left as there is a new tarrif on sugar. Almost 90% of the organic sugar used by US is imported. With the tariffs, there is a 30% increase of cost in producing most of the organic foods like yogurt and cookies. The tariff causes there to be less supply of the sugar and higher prices on the items that require it. US can't work around it because they are not producing enough sugar inside US to meet the demand for it and so the prices will have to be raised to match the tariffs. People will have to pay more than usual for everyday wants like cookies and yogurt. This will cause some people to not be able to buy these items as they are priced to high. The stores that mainly depend on selling items with organic sugar are going to be effected the most as the supply is going to be less and they may not meet the demand.

The Industrial Revolution was a period in the U.S. history that led to great economic advancements as well as production advancements. Notably the mass production of cars became more available and applicable to the U.S. public. With the invention of the production line/assembly line by Henry Ford cars started to be massed produced. This advancement in technology led to a shift in supply and demand for cars. Technology made the production of cars easy which in turn made them cheaper which in turn created higher demand for them. With more affordable cars the middle class could now afford a day-to-day vehicle. The price of cars lowered as the supply of cars raised due to competition and supply and demand. The Industrial Revolution and the production of cars truly changed society and created a new normal of driving to work everyday instead of taking a train. Society completely revolutionized due to and since the Industrial revolution with technological advancements happening every single day.

There is going to be a demand shift in the number of tickets sold because more people want it. The shifter is taste and preferences as more people want to watch the team play and more people like the team. This causes more people to come to the games and buy tickets for the game. This is going to cause a big shift in demand and quantity demanded is going to increase while price decreases.
