Emotional wellness plays a crucial role in my real life as it enables me to understand my own emotions and manage my emotional effectively. When my emotions are well-balanced, I am able to think more clearly and make better decisions in my daily life.Furthermore, emotional wellness allows me to face anything that challenges with more calmly. Life will always bring different difficulties, but maintaining emotional stability helps me to remain strong and persistent, rather than giving in to pressure or giving up easily.In addition, emotional wellness has a significant impact on how i will interact with others people. By understanding my own emotions, I can communicate more effectively, show empathy, and respect the feelings of others, which is i can helps to prevent unnecessary conflicts and strengthens relationships.Lastly, emotional wellness contributes to building self-confidence and inner strength. It teaches me to reflect on my life experiences, learn from them, and continuously improve myself, ultimately helping me become a more mature, positive, and well-rounded individual.</p><p>In conclusion, emotional wellness has a major influence on my real life. It helps me to manage my emotions, face challenges with calmly, and build better relationships with other people around me. I also learn to express my emotions in a healthy way, such as talking to someone I trust, taking a short break, or doing activities that help me relax. This helps me keep my mind balanced and reduce unnecessary stress.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Occupational aspect of wellness is the satisfaction and balance that an individual has of the work, studies and obligations that he/she carries out. In this aspect, a university student is primarily concerned with academic activity, growth of skills, output, and readiness to work in the future.  In my capacity as a university student, the occupational dimension has affected my real life in a number of ways. To start with, it allows me to gain responsibility and time management. I should balance my time in the attention of lectures, assignments, exam studies, and university events. This helps me to manage my time and focus on the tasks that are vital.  Second, the job aspect motivates me to acquire new skills and knowledge. Adopting different courses, group projects, presentations, I develop such skills as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking. These are also the skills that I will use in my future career as well as in the success of my studies.  Moreover, I am a student of a university, which makes me investigate my interests and career objectives. My academic studies and involvement in the different activities make me know what kind of career I may like to do in future. As such, doing assignments and other projects in my field will enable me to acquire practical knowledge and equip me to work in the world.  Moreover, my personal drive and sense of success are also influenced by the occupational factor. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I manage to do assignments successfully, when I pass exams or when I get good results. This encourages me to keep on bettering myself and working harder in my academics.  To conclude, occupational dimension plays a significant role in my life as a university student because it can assist me to develop the sense of responsibility, acquire essential skills, formulate career expectations, and gain the ability to be motivated in order to achieve my academic and personal objectives.</p>]]></description>

As a student, this is important because it helps me stay focused during lectures and manage my assignments more efficiently. For example, simple habits such as getting enough sleep, eating regular and balanced meals, and engaging in light physical activities like walking help me manage stress and prevent me from feeling overwhelmed by my responsibilities. One of the most meaningful experiences was when I worked at the Le Tour de Langkawi event organized by the Majlis Sukan Negara. During this event, I experienced strong teamwork among the staff and learned how to manage tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment. I also had the opportunity to observe and assist in handling VIPs and ministers, which taught me the importance of professionalism and proper communication. Throughout the event, I felt happy and excited because I was able to gain new experiences and knowledge. At the same time, I also felt a little nervous because it was a big event and required responsibility. However, this experience helped me become more confident and adaptable in a professional environment.</p>]]></description>

Emotional means someone who feels emotions very deeply and strongly. The emotion that is hardest for me to forget is sadness.</p><p><br/></p><p>Since my mother passed away, I have been very sad and it is difficult for me to focus on my life. I am an only child and she was the only person I had by my side. Because of that, I feel a very deep sadness in my heart.</p><p><br/></p><p>But I try to stay strong and accept the destiny that has been given to me. I believe that everything in this world is only a temporary loan. I need to ensure that expenses do not exceed income so that finances are always under control. Apart from that, it is important to separate money according to purpose such as daily needs, wants, and savings. Based on my experience, I once worked as a sales admin before continuing my studies. One day, I was unable to achieve my sales target, so my salary decreased. However, because I had savings set aside for emergencies, I was able to use that money to cover my daily expenses.</p>]]></description>

Emotions can influence how a person thinks, acts, and behaves. </p><p>From my experience, losing my grandmother was very painful because she was a source of love, advice, and warmth in my family. Emotional wellness refers to the ability to understand, manage, and express our feelings in a positive way. Everyone experiences different emotions such as happiness, sadness, fear, and excitement, and these emotions can influence our thoughts, behaviour, and daily activities. One experience that strongly influenced my emotional wellness was when I received my Semester 1 results. I felt very happy and proud of myself because the results were satisfying. All the effort and hard work I put into my studies finally paid off. Before receiving my results, I felt worried and anxious because I was not sure whether I performed well in my exams and assignments. However, when I saw my results, I felt relieved and happy. This positive feeling gave me more confidence and motivation to continue working hard in my studies.</p>]]></description>

As a result, the money finished quickly and sometimes I did not have enough money when I needed it for more important things, which made me feel stressed. From that experience, I realized that managing money is very important in life. After that, I tried to change my habits by planning my spending, reducing unnecessary purchases, and saving a small amount of money.
