         <description><![CDATA[<div>There were a few things that stood out to me in this podcast, one of them being the discussion on physical activity and weight loss. I found that to be very interesting and something that was definitely a challenge to what I was thinking/have always thought. I also thought the discussion on the impact genetics plays on our weight...it makes sense though. We place so much emphasis on genetics for diseases, why wouldn't they also play a role in weight? And if they play such a big role and we can manipulate genes, should individuals be able to alter them if they pay money to? </div>]]></description>
