I think you prioritizing spending time with Fellows directly is a bold move and can set the ball rolling on a lot of fronts. Also, the sheer number of goals is mindboggling.
Thought :  Will it make sense to share with the rest of the team the good work that PMs are showcasing so that we are also aware of what goes behind the work of a PM.

Shru: 136/336 Alumni reached out to during this pandemic is really amazing! I'm able to see a variety of ways to engage Alumni and a lot of effort going there which is pretty cool. Wondering about how we may leverage Alumni towards Staff development as well, in Staff spaces.

Was great to see you being selective with the learnings you wanted to share. 
Was very insightful to see how you were leveraging people towards creating spaces for Fellows.
