I wasn't excited about having to work out and change the way I eat. But once I started going, I loved the way I felt after my workouts. I am happier, which in return has made me a better mother. My parent's were never religious but encouraged us to go if that was what we wanted. I went to church until i was 12 years old and decided it wasn't for me. I am still not active and I am okay with that.
