         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fear is an emotional response to situations you can’t understand. Normally people experience this when they are home alone or in social interactions. Fear also has a toll on your health because fear can cause stress eventually affecting your mental and physical health. Some fears grow so much that they eventually become phobias. A phobia is anxiety. The most common type of phobias are social phobias and phobias to animals . Phobia is sometimes hard to overcome but not impossible. A common way to do this is by embracing your fear.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
