Do away with DHRM’s approval for each request for payment of fine via instalment - possible to obtain blanket approval for, say, 18months. Team can process request immediately.
Change process for penalty outcome under Directions - submit to PSC for concurrence of penalty after officer admitted to NOC. After PSC concurred, then sign and issue NOP. Current process is cumbersome especially for cases with vary penalty.
Officers with adverse records or recommended for punitive outcome for officers who resign or with expired contract should not be re-appointed or be registered for FAJT, CAJT.
KM for precedent cases. eg. central depository for AGC advice, vetted NOC.

a) Whitelist certain websites for investigation work. More man hours are used when using officer’s own resources for work use as they need to be edited and transferred to WOG. Example: Cannot surf Shopee on WOG laptop. Officer is doing collaborations on Shopee so need to take screenshots of items, price, check posting details etc.

b) Drop request for student’s conduct grade.

a) Case timeline calculation to be based on case assignment date to IO instead of date reported. (2 sets to be used) 1 for organization and 1 for IO measurement.

b) DSM and EDI timeline of 5 months each.
