         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some sessions opened with an icebreaker activity while other went immediately into the activity. Every online group used breakout rooms during the activity and then brought the group back together for the sharing portion. All of the leaders made sure acknowledge the participants answers and make them feel accepted.</div>]]></description>

Speaks out?)<br>We all feel that we are relatively outspoken and comfortable sharing our opinions with each other.&nbsp;<br>2. What patterns have you observed? (Have you noticed common occurrences in each session? Differences?)<br>respectful attitudes, strong communication, good discussion of differing opinions<br>3. Who keeps the ball rolling? (Who jumps in to break the silence? Does anyone?)<br>We don't really have silences, we all contribute to the conversation equally/ have a good flow of conversation.&nbsp;<br>4. What was a challenge your group had? How was it resolved/Could it be resolved?<br>Deciding if we were going to do roleplay or not.&nbsp; To solve it, we got Jenna's advice and discussed our options.<br>5. Have you noticed any patterns of difficult communication? (Ex: not participating, cameras off, etc.)<br>No. We sometimes had a difficult time scheduling times to meet but we worked around it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Smart goals seem to encourage the whole group to participate a lot. We have noticed Kristin and Kylie participate a lot. Skylar and Casey also think Maggie participates a lot<br>2. Cameras go on and off after the ice breaker. More silence and less motivation to share for questions that require more thinking/ are more difficult ( the analysis questions). A lot of sharing for general "what did the breakout rooms talk about" questions. People are more likely to participate after their group presents and they understand both roles. <br><br>3. We have noticed Kristin and Caitlin are good at breaking the silence both speaking and in the chat<br>4. We had a hard time pacing, felt like we were running out of time at the end<br>5. &nbsp; the same as question 2 with the cameras off, also just general tech problems out of members control</div>]]></description>
