For a regular restaurant: The driver proceeds to purchase like a regular customer.

Read the notes for the restaurant, check the quantity of items, and pay the exact amount displayed.

Swipe the “order picked up” bar

The driver moves to the correct recipient address and swipes "Arrived at the delivery point"

Call the customer and confirm the correct customer information (address, phone number, name)

Inform the customer to check the dish

Collect the exact amount displayed on the app.

Swipe “Order completed” to finish and close the order.

Call the Customer at least 3 times

Select Report

Select Unable to contact Customer, specify the problem, and provide images as instructed

Submit the Report and click Confirm

The delivery driver hands over the package to the customer.

Swipe "Delivered"

Select Risk Order

Select Unable to Contact Customer, specify the incident and provide images as instructed

Select Send to request the order be changed to risk status

Select Confirm to complete the change of the order to "Risk Order" status

Search for the keyword "Customer wants to cancel the order" in the Help Center within 24 hours

Call the Bar at least 03 times (each call is 03 minutes apart)
