-I changed the words “students” to “you”. Some of my sentences did not make sense. Some of my word choices were wrong. 


2. What can I do to do better?
I will continue to read more books so that i can remember more vocabulary words. I can apply the vocabulary words to my discursive essay. 

3. How do I feel about my first grade for English? (Minimum 200 words)
I feel a little bit disappointed as i thought i could get at least a B3. However, i also feel proud of myself as i passed. Not only will I be happy, my parents will also be proud of me. I did not expect to pass as this was my first time doing discursive essay but yet i still managed to succeed. This will motivate me to work even harder and do even better than my current score as well as my friends. I regret not reading books and doing editing as well as vocabulary exercises. This experience of writing a discursive essay allows me to improve on my mistakes and not be careless. For example, the teacher commented that my essay was more of a speech. This comment will help me to improve and lessen my mistakes so that i will not do the same mistakes again. In my next discursive essay, I will apply more vocabulary and not make any careless mistakes. After my competition was over, a few days later, my dad brought my sisters and me out. We went to see the all new 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5. This car was built in Singapore and so many singaporeans now own it. My dad test drive it and he did a pull. The car is super quiet and super fast as it has dual motors. The reason is because extreme sport such as parkour and off road cycling is too life-threading and dangerous. To me, it is not worth taking the risk. U can get really scared and injured if you fall from a high speed or height. For instance, When i was young, my dad brought me to a rock climbing centre. When i reached the top, i was too frightened to even look down as i was so high up and i was so scared to the point i started crying and wailing, so from my experience, i can tell that extreme sports are very scary and dangerous. From there on, did not want to try other extreme sports as i feel that i will be too terrified and anxious. Trying another extreme sport will surely not be a memorable and fun activity  even though i could try out new things, overcome my fears and gain more experience. Though i was really discouraged, my father helped me strengthen my geography. I was worried that I might still not do well. However, i decided to give it a chance. I worked hard and got support along the way. Through that period of time, I encountered difficulties and struggles. However, i knew I wanted to do well. I knew that i could not give up. If i gave up, I definitely not be able to continue to work hard and achieve the results i wanted. After a few months, all those hard work finally paid off. From failing, i finally passed. I even got better than expected.
