Not only should we already know to treat others equally because we are all the same, there is an act in place called The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This act does not allow discrimination against people with disabilities and they guarantees equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodations, state and local government services, and telecommunications. It also says in Title I : "Employment prohibits covered employers from discriminating against people with disabilities in all employment-related activities, including hiring, pay, benefits, firing and promotions"

We should always be on the lookout for the discrimination and as a whole we should always stick up for each other. just because we might look different physically does not change that we are all the same on the inside, we all have hearts
Our next steps to solving the problem is trying to understand disabilities and how they are different so not only can we know how to help, but also it makes it easier on that individual so they don't have to explain their disability
