Why would you mentor/coach a person?
  • to sufficiently train them/ motivate them for a task or procedure so they are fully equipped to handle it to their best ability,
Why pay for training them?
  • When employees/staff are trained, they have a higher level of professionalism and are more prepared and equipped for completing a task.
  • training also ensures all tasks are completed to the same standard which can be important to ensure quality assurance.
