For people in real-estate, many consider the current housing state to be a at a hold with little sales, with the high demand and a huge rise in housing prices. This also effects effects people looking to buy a house, as with the average rent in a Toronto for just a one bedroom apartment is $2495. This makes homelessness at a all time high, and it is very hard for people to find houses, especially for collage students, and people making around minimum wage with the entire economy being so expensive. This includes the extreme rise of price with the overall cost of living (food, clothes, etc...)
