         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are ways for teachers to implement the humanist approach to teaching:</p><ol><li><p>Student choice in how they learn or present their learning</p></li><li><p>Goal setting (realistic)</p></li><li><p>Group work participation, learning how to cooperate and developing social skills</p></li><li><p>Facilitate discussions when it is necessary and appropriate</p></li><li><p>Be a role model: for things you want to build in a child. Such as the attitudes and habits that are good. </p></li></ol>]]></description>
