         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will visit three colleges by the end of the 5 weeks.  I want to also know which other colleges I will visit in the future.<br><br>- Use free time in school to look at them.<br><br><strong>Personal<br><br></strong>Our basketball team will win sectionals and have an above .500 record for the year.<br><br>- Get extra shots in before the season starts. <br>- Do ball-handling in the morning everyday.<strong><br><br>Soft Skills<br><br></strong>I will work better in groups because I usually get frustrated with other people when working in groups.<br><br>- Don't try to take over as much.<br>- Give tasks to people who don't do as much work.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Potential Challenges- Finishing assignments on time (set aside time each night to homework)<br><br>Soft-Skills- I want to be more active in group projects.<br><br>Potential Challenges- Not caring enough (realise that it's my grade too and work hard to improve it as much I can) <br><br>Personal- I want to win sectionals for the 3200 in indoor track this season.<br><br>Potential Challenges- Not working hard because i'm the only distance runner on the team (always keep my goal in the back of my mind and use it as motivation)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Academic</strong> I would like to put more time into studying outside and inside school. Although it is easy to become distracted by devices, utilizing study halls or lounges more often should lessen the challenge. <br><br><strong>Soft Skills</strong> In my Junior year, flexibility and adaptability is a skill that would strengthen me as a student and a future worker. A consistent way of being taught is important to me in school and when teachers deviate from traditional teaching methods is a hurdle. Devoting myself to understanding and using these new methods could help better myself in these classes.<br><br><strong>Personal</strong> Over the next year, I will be consistently reading books on my own that interest me on topics that I enjoy so I can learn more about them. It is difficult for me to stay motivated to read books no matter the topic as I often become burnt out. My strategy to avoid this is to take my time and reading a little bit either during the evening or my free time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong>Soft Skill</strong>- I want to be able to manage my time better while I'm in school or at home with school work and other needs.<br><strong>Potential problems: </strong>that I get distracted with either my phone or outside (Make a plan on my cell phone and check off when I'm done, leave my phone on the opposite side of the room)<br><br><strong>Personal- </strong>I want to be the best version of myself that I can be by eating healthy and training.<br><strong>Potential Problems: </strong>I can get tired and I won't be able to work out. (rest, eat healthy, and stretch to make sure my body recovers)<br>I don't have healthy food to eat at my house.  (Ask mom to go shopping/make the healthiest option I can) <strong> Eat something I want once a Week so I don't fall out of this habit.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Academic Goal</strong> - I will do all extra credit when a teacher offers it. This includes when my grade is doing well or struggling. <br><strong>Potential Challenge </strong>would be other homework due. In the case that I have too much work, I need to manage my time to find a time to do each assignment. <br><strong>Soft Skill Goal </strong>- This year I will become more of a leader. This would apply in an athletic environment or in the classroom. If I have an idea, I will suggest it and communicate to others. <br><strong>Potential Challenges</strong> would be other leaders in the group talking a lot. I will just try to keep communicating ideas or help others in the group. <br><strong>Personal Goal</strong> - I will eat 4 fruit/vegetables a day. <br><strong>Potential Challenges</strong> would be other more appealing food. Eat an apple with caramel or carrots with ranch. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will use my planning periods mindfully toward creating curriculum, uploading units into Schoology, and/or grading<br><strong>Potential Challenges:</strong> Wandering (I can have 5 minutes to take a lap, get water, etc), Phone scrolling (Check messages and then put phone away in my desk).<br><strong>Soft-Skills-<br></strong>Be Proactive- Ask for meetings, information, mentoring etc regarding course work/ ggrowth vs. reactively checking off assigned requirements <strong>(</strong>Meet w/ EH monthly)<strong><br><br>Personal- </strong>Clean eating; don't let the gym be the first thing to go when my schedule gets crunched.<strong>Potential Challenge:</strong> After-dinner snacking (Only bring this food into my home; food prep Sundays and Wednesdays).</div>]]></description>

I just have to give as much effort as I can on all of it.<br><strong>Soft Skills-</strong> (Time Management) I will get my work done during my free periods so that I am not stressed when I get home.<br><strong>Potential Challenges</strong> are I easily get distracted and start talking instead of doing my work. I could sign out and go to a different room.<br><strong>Personal- </strong>I will go to the weight room to work out and shoot in the gym every day after school while my sister has soccer practice.<br><strong>Potential Challenges </strong>would be my parents are working and I have to get my sister off the bus. </div>]]></description>
