Very helpful to understand our own profiles and the different profiles of our colleagues alongside with the communication styles respectively.

Understand which leadership styles fits best for which employee at a different phase of development was insightful.

Overall, it’s good that we’ve learnt a little more about our colleagues and also reflect on ourselves. Great examples shared from everyone. I’m sure we as a company would come out from this training stronger together. 💪
