When a
person sees or hears lodges, hotels, inns, and the like, it is almost always usually associated with just sleeping for a short amount of time. The very concept of its service is strength. Strength is the location of Sleepology9 which is in downtown Cebu. As with other places that gives lodging
services, many are located in downtown Cebu. Many people converge at this part of Cebu. The rates that Sleepology9 offer are very affordable and budget friendly for both students and workers. Considering that this place is also surrounded by more than one school, the rates will be
very attractive to them. If ever the tenants would want refreshments, there is a milk tea shop just below the place. Strength of Sleepology9 to be mentioned is that they have made most of the limited space they have. With a room area of approximately one and a half classroom, they already provide 12 bed units, a comfort room and shower room, and a study space. Another notable factor to mention is the aroma and ambiance of the place which is a plus to the strength.
To start, while Sleepology9’s location is a strength, it also the same time a weakness
since it is in the second floor of a building and can hardly be seen from the front unless you look
closely to find the Sleepology9 poster on the second floor amidst the other posters and labels of
stores surrounding it. The most visible sign is at the main entrance of Sleepology9 which is
located at the side of the building. One of their main weaknesses is their promotional strategy.
Apart from their location being hard to find unless asked for directions, their promotional
strategy only consists of Facebook posts, promos, and word from mouth (referrals). Talking
about the place, although already mention in the strengths, Sleepology9 will really be for some
people a really small place. Since it is also mainly for sleeping and relaxing, the place is very
silent so some people will find it hard to use their phones with sounds if they don’t have

The word Sleepology comes from the words “Sleep” which means to rest and “-logy” which means to study just like the name suggests it is a place that gives you the facilities to rest and to study. that is also why we decided to place the bed logo above the suffix “-logy”.

You can see that we choose to use the color blue and make it as extensive as we see fit as the color symbolizes trust and it is also considered to be beneficial to the mind and the body as it slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect which is in line on what the business is trying to achieve. We also chose that color yellow as a secondary color as it stands for enlightenment, positivity and happiness another thing that we did is to emphasize the word sleep as it is the main service of the business.

This doesn’t only cater to students but also to young professionals who wants to relax during their break time for only PHP99 an hour, while PHP650 for overnight (an estimate of 10 hours), and you can already relax and sleep and shower, experiencing similar experience inside a 5 star hotel.

The Sleepoloy9 sells itself with three main services namely Nap, Study, and Shower which are all under their logo and is found before entering and while inside the establishment. For just staying 1 hour in Sleepology9, we are already entitled to avail all their services.

Sleepology9 is a new concept that needs to be developed and made known to the public.
The novelty of the business allows more customers to be intrigued by the concept. The business
has a lot of potential since it is still on its 3 rd month. The business is exploring its horizon to come
