Twitter allows users to have a thread between many people, and can now do a video where multiple people can be on.

-Not exclusively private
-Not extremely professional
-Video component is not as strong, and Periscope is not the most business like video tool.
Skype Pros:
-Professional
- Private
-Strong video component 
- Has a text thread component
-Reliable and tested 
Skype Cons:
-Restricted to a scheduled communication
