you to have a job offer.

The Nova Scotia program is one of the most extensive and innovative provincial nominee
program among all such programs in Canada. This program uses four streams to select
candidates in the express entry pool. This program searches for candidates who have work
experience in specific occupations.

You speak French

Quebec is one of the provinces that opt for French speaking or bilingual candidates. The
express entry system has a special space for French speaking candidates and the OINP allows
other provinces to select French speaking candidates. They also give preference to skilled
workers who have strong English language skills.

You are a tech worker

Ontario and British Columbia are the two most notable pathways for tech workers. Ontario
regularly conducts dedicated ‘tech draws’ in the express entry linked human capital priority
stream. These draws look for candidates who have experience in one of the six specific tech
occupations like computer engineers and web designers. You don’t need a job offer to be
eligible under this stream.
