With swirling rumors about a potential NFL return, running back Marshawn Lynch is at the Oakland Raiders' facilities on Wednesday. 

Pat McAfee of Barstool Sports first reported the news. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirmed it, adding the facilities are near Lynch's home in Oakland, California. 

Lynch reportedly told the Raiders he plans to play again, according to Rapoport, who added it will be a "long process."

McAfee added that it's not tampering for retired players to visit any team's facilities.

Rapoport noted the Seattle Seahawks cleared Lynch's Raiders visit as "all sides explore their options" on a "fact-finding mission." Rapoport also reported meeting with Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio is the "final hurdle" remaining for Lynch to join the team.
