I see that you have Gmail with your business name on your Wix account. What do you think about connecting it to Wix Inbox? It means that any emails you send through your Wix account like form responses, or store order responses will come from this address rather than a generic wix address. 1. Mention you'll check a user's site right after roadmapping about the issue and before starting to check it: "And I’ll also take a look at the site to see if there are any suggestions I may offer to you once we discuss the issue/ question. Is it okay with you?''

2. Get back to the suggestion once the issue is discussed:

- Issue solved: "I'm glad the issue is resolved! Now, I'll gladly share with you the suggestion I mentioned before if you have a couple of minutes''
- Not solved/Esc/Transfer: ''Before we finish, I'd also like to make our call beneficial and provide a small tip for your site development. Do you have a couple of minutes?''

2. Make it under the sauce "While I am checking this, to make a waiting time beneficial for you, I've noticed a little tip that can help your site to increase ..... Let me show you real quick, please follow me"
3. Make sure you finish it with the user
4. If you switched attention to the issue with the user, finish it and then get back to suggestion again

If you need to consult with an advanced team, or you're waiting for an update from them, you can suggest:

1. Mention that while you're waiting for the update you'd like to suggest: "While we're waiting for the update, I'd like to share with you the tool for your business development"
2. Present the tool, mentioning why it's relevant, what it is, what the benefits are
3. Encourage to implement + mention it's easy and fast to do: "What do you think about adding it together now? It'll take just 2 min and I'll gladly guide you!"
4. Check the result + get back to the issue: "I'm sure you'll benefit from using "this tool". Now, let's get back to the "issue" and see how it can be solved"
