Selection is the process for Human Resources to choose an individual to hire. A personality test is one of the four testing that is used. A personality test is used to determine emotional maturity, subjectivity, honesty, and objectivity. For myself using the four testing methods will be after I earn my degree since I want to specialize in Human Resources.
