a.      1^st period teacher

a.      Keep at home just like how pupils are encouraged to keep handphones at home.

4.      Consequences for students with SEN

a.      We will still go through the same flow.

b.      FTs are the first line. Do handle the case based on which level the offence is.

c.      If the level 1 offence repeats who if it is a level 2 and beyond offence, do escalate it to SM team. May seek support from SENOs.

d.      If there is a disruptive system in a class and the student creates the offence in the different subject classes, subject teachers will feedback to FTs who will take on the case. Communicate with the FT and communication to the parent has to be done by the FT.

e.      For whichever offence raised, keep the FT in the loop.

f.        If it is a Tier 1 offence that happened multiple times, do inform the YH.

g.      Assess the need of the child well so that we can refer the child

h.      How will the conduct grade for a child be affected by the offences?

i.      SM team will work with the FTs. At the end of each semester, SM team will triangulate with the FTs and ensures that the child is given the deserving conduct grade.

j. Send pupils one at a time to the toilet. Especially for snack break.

5. Snack break

Teachers are reminded to give pupils their snack break on time. If snack break spills over to another period, then pls coordinate with the teacher.

6. Remind pupils to be responsible users of their gadgets and social media. Remind pupils again.

7. Recess Duty:

Play@Recess Number: 1st Period Recess duty teacher, pls scramble the lock after opening the lock.

Teacher doing field duty for 11am recess, to lock up the cupboard.

Teachers on recess duty to be vigilant of pupils playing at the basketball court and field as there have been incidents of rough play. If pupils are not playing properly, stop the game immediately.
