Seating arrangement - Students sits in a row. Classroom is quite.

Learning Materials - Teacher do the lecture books,films and let the students to answer it. Teacher evaluates the students . Teacher chooses the topics

Delivery of Instructions - Teacher instruct the students according to their way of mood .Teacher talks , students listen.

STUDENT CENTERED TEACHING

Classroom Rules - Learners reinforce class norms and culture among themselves. Teacher allows students to share his/her opinions.

Transfer of Learning- Learners are active knowledge seekers. Collaboration between teachers and students with their knowledge.

Seating arrangement - Teacher allows students to sit in their own comfort zone. Let students decides where he/she wanted to sit in.

Learning Materials - Student have some choice and topics. An open minded teaching,where the teacher listened to the students knowledge.

Delivery of Instructions -Teacher models; students interact with teacher and one another. Teacher instructs Students and allows students to speak up.

  My answer : A teacher becomes a decision maker. In planning, implementing, and evaluating. A person who plays a  role in molding a students life. A teacher imparts not only academic knowledge but also shares ethical values,and implies morality that shapes our personality as a better human being.


What is learner ?
   My answer : As a learner, I know that I truly like knowing new things . I like exploring new topics that interest me and help me later in life.



What is Learner-Centered School?
  My answer  : An institution that encouraging learners and allowing them to share decisions,believing in their capacity to lead,and remembering how it feels to learn.





What is Teaching- Learning Process?

  • Person Variables
    • #KeepGoing - We have different flaws to overcome and we have different personalities ,that's what we called uniqueness to everyone. For me , I used to have this #keepgoing because I am type of person that whatever circumstances , I faced it without any doubts and hesitation because I believe when you take the circumstances ,it is about taking the opportunities that will build you to be a better person.

    • Task Variables
    #TimeIsGold - This hashtag is quite known for us, but for me it is the line that motivates me .I keep doing my task on time. I usually not wasting my time for doing nonsense stuff, because we could never turn back the time . I value in every seconds in my life and as a student . I was doing my best to have a good grades and to become a licensed teacher someday.

    #AlwaysDoTheBest - By doing the task as a student, I made sure that I have done my very best so that I don't have any regrets in the future. I always made myself proud by doing the task very well. I always have the positivity in my mind so that I have also a positive outcome.

  • Learning 
    •     Advantage - I can interacts between the teachers, classmates and friends which I can learn based on my experiences and opportunities which can help myself to develop my skills . It is essential also for the learners when it comes to effective learning. Disadvantage
    Disadvantage - It could be late because of the heavy rainfall or it could be late because of the traffic road.
    • Learning resources 
       Advantage - I can perform and see it personally. Example,my course is Automotive which is,we should perform the different skills in operating the motor. Our skills is developing because we are train physically and emotionally.

     Disadvantage - Lack of materials needed.
    •  Developments of the students 
    Advantages - It is growing because of the experiences they encountered and the opportunities they take . The communication skills is developing and more.Disadvantages-

     Some of the instructions are not giving clear topics or instructions or having a boring class,which the students are not gaining learnings and not interested to listen.
    • Challenges of Learning Environment 
    One of the challenges during face to face ,is lack of facilities . We have been experienced before,we are having a class under the tree. We could not concentrate because it is very noisy especially there are many students passing by. Second is,some of the instructors is self-centered they don't want to listen the side of the students.

    1. The teacher is giving an activity which is not related to the topic.
    2. The classroom is too noisy because of having a large number of students
    3. Lack of adminstrative support especially those students who were slow learners.
    Solutions
    1.  Give an activity which is related to the topic and make sure that during the activity,all the students are going to participate. Make it enjoyable, at the same time they are learning from it.
    2. Divide the class into halves,like for example 60 is the total number of students in one section. So 30 is for the first and 30 for the second batch to come in. In order,to lessen the noice inside the classroom.The teacher can facilitates in every students especially those students who were slow learners.
    3. It should be equal in administering the students so that there is no students left behind. If you think that students having a hard time to cope up the topics, talk the students after the class and give them an activity which is related to their capacity to answer.
