         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to walk every morning before my classes around 7am, I would also like to go to indoor cycling classes more often, because when I go I feel lighter and more confident in myself, it is a sport/activity that I love, Therefore, I would like to go to at least 3 classes a week, if they are not indoor cycling classes I would like yoga more because it helps me calm down and manage stress</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I already have a diet plan from my nutritionist which is based on the following:<br>When I wake up I have a cup of chamomile or chai tea, later my breakfast is egg with ham and vegetables with a glass of green juice, accompanied by natural water<br>For food, it has to be high in protein, for example: chicken breast with a cup of green vegetables and 1/4 cup of rice, the protein can also be red meat or fish. At dinner it is something lighter like yogurt with papaya or lettuce tacos with some protein, always drinking green tea and natural water<br>Many times it is very difficult for me to follow the diet as such, so it helps me to watch videos of people who prepare their meals in tuppers and leave it ready to save time, and from those videos I get inspiration for my meals<br>I need to consume balanced macronutrients, regular meals with a portion control, more protein that carbohydrates, algo fiber-rich food like fruits, legumes, veggies, etc, and the most important limit processed foods and drink a lot of water</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have trouble falling asleep, so I need to determine a routine to be able to follow it and thus rest, and with what I have read, investigated and put to the test it would be the following:<br>1. Set a time to wake up - 8am&nbsp;<br>2. Set a time to live the phone away - 10pm<br>3. Take a bath&nbsp;<br>4. Put on a comfy pj's<br>5. Use use essential oils either put them on the key points of my body or in the diffuser<br>6. Turn off all the lights&nbsp;<br>7. Use a comfortable blanket&nbsp;<br>8. No coffee after 7pm&nbsp;<br>9. Read 15min the bible&nbsp;<br>10. Avoid heavy meals&nbsp;<br>11. Put a playlists with calm songs o a sound with relaxing music</div>]]></description>
