Although it may sound vague or boring, I am extremely happy that I could publicly speak to the class. As an introverted person, presenting has basically forced me to have the courage to talk to an audience, albeit a small one. Not only that, but I was able to get great grades on these presentations. There is a very small collection of books I have actually enjoyed, and A Long Walk to Water by Linda Sue Park, was one of them. Even though it was a class read, which I am usually not a fan of, it was written very well and I like how the author wrote a parallel plot.
