With the present situation  , teachers are left with the challenges of improving oneself to better the delivery of instructions with the support from deped .
Going back to the basics, heightened values inculcation, critical thinking development  and capacitating learners with life skills  is emphasized by vp sec Sarah.  
Administrative work if taken out of teachers would help . 
As teachers , best efforts has to be exerted  to cope with the demands of relevant education.

BER 2023 for me will only be “meaningful” for us teachers if it will reflect the real situation on the ground and provide concrete solutions and visible results to the difficulties that our education system is currently facing.

K to 12 curriculum's revision to make its essential learning competencies be  aligned and suitable to the needs of the  nation's industries as well as re-examining the employment and entrepreneurial objectives of the SHS program for the benefit of its clientele is really commendable.

DepEd Secretary's laid out plans for teachers is overwhelming on our part  I just want to be optimistic on this matter.....
