4. Give yourself one compliment. Examples are "You are doing great", "You have awesome har", "I love you", "You deserve some ice cream!" and a bunch more. 

5. Do something you enjoy. Listening to music, playing a game, drawing a picture, hanging out with your pet, whatever!
