1. Be on time. If you are late, you need to have a pass from your previous teacher or get a tardy slip from the office.

2. Come to class each day with ALL of your required materials.  These include:  
 -Writing utensils
 -Books or materials we are using 
 -Class assignments and notes
 -Loose-leaf paper or a spiral notebook
 -Pocket folder and a three-ring binder
 -Colored Pencils

3.Any student who is found to be cheating on a test, quiz, or homework assignment, or is guilty of plagiarism, and/or any type of deception to get credit will result in a zero for that assignment or test and the parent/guardian of the students will be contacted.  The student will be referred to the Discipline Team by the teacher for disciplinary and (possibly) additional academic consequences.  

4. Be diligent about recording (and checking!) due dates.  I will remind you of deadlines in class, but it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of them.  In addition, keep your materials organized!  It does you no good to take careful notes and then lose them.
