For the first scenario, the reason that I choose pregnant woman is because I feel that there are many things that pregnant woman needs during their pregnancy. They also need special care and the extra support. Therefore, I think that making the kit for pregnant women might be something that is useful for them especially when they are not in their comfort places, or maybe in the stressful situation.

For the second scenario, I choose children because even if the children may seem to not be able to know the situation that they are in, they are very sensitive which means that they might receive the stress over negative feeling from their parents or other people. So that I think that it would be nice to create the things that could help children to not be stressful or at least be able to express it out.

For the last scenario, the reason that I choose people who have faced traumatic event is that they need to get over that event and move on as soon as possible so that they could be able to go back to use their normal life. For the Children's Society, they offer services across UK. They tend to focus on long-term personalized help such as mental health until how to buy groceries. For Refugee Council, this organization is not the organization that were built to only support the UASC but they also support other asylum seeker as well. However, they have project that support UASC instead. For instance, in Children Advice project, they would have a session with children, to help them prepare things such as what to expect in coming days and weeks until access other services such as legal representation, etc. In my opinion, I think that I quite like Refugee Council more than Children's Society because though Children's Society offers a lot of helps, for the legal guardian, they still only available in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Therefore, I think that refugee council is still better not only about the services but also with the staff they using because when they work they use interpreter to communicate and explain things to children. However, for that reason, it makes they to be able to take care of less children. WHY: The reason that UASC might need this survival kit is that because during that age there are many skills that need to be develop during these ages. Therefore, in the first layout I decided to make it into 2 lines and then makes the last lines move a bit to the right so that it can create some eye movements when looking at it. After I think about it for a while, I decided to go for the shift and look at the overall font and layout. Therefore, I think that I will try my best on the part that I can do by trying to minimize the package in the box. I also do researches on the sustainable materials such as recycled package, plantable package, etc. I found that there are many interesting things that I could work with. However, each materials have their own good and drawbacks. For instance, for the biodegradable plastic, at first I thought that it could be left anywhere to be decomposed. In fact, if you left it in wrong environment, its property could be the same as the normal plastic which is non-biodegradable plastic. After looking at the edited version (tape), and measure the height, I found that the height of this mockup is already 10 cm. Therefore, I think that I will make the actual size of the left and right size to be in this taped scale size which I am very happy because actually, at first, I thought that I need to calculate the height of the top part of the box which is really complicated. After finished cutting out the hard paper, I glue the cut paper of the actual size on it. Then I cut the hands part of the rainbow out in half. Actually, at first, I thought that it will not work because it is a bit hard to make it into shapes. However, after trying to make it for a while, it actually work. Then I applied the glue all over it so that it will have a shiny texture and to prevent the colour to fall out. I also design the paper that wrap around crayon by using the font from the wordmark. For the font that is using in the communicating card, I decided to go with the previously selected font from the list.
