Globalisation is the process of interaction and integration between individuals, groups, companies and governments of different countries (The world is interconnected improve trade and cultural exchange).

This process helped with many actions:
-changes in how companies work;
-to liberalisation of trade and finance;
-improvement to transport;
-advances in telecommunications infrastructure (these factors make it easier for people to travel, communicate and do business internationally)

The Covid-19 pandemic that started in 2020 has had an enormous impact on the lives of most people worldwide.

Nonetheless, the end of the crisis was also an opportunity to remodel globalisation.

First, it was a reminder of our underlying unity as humans.

The virus equalised all people around the world, as even the wealthiest of countries were greatly affected by death, illness and economic loss.

The epidemic highlighted the importance of international bodies such as the United Nations World Health Organization and the World Bank, which were critical for sharing information, medical equipment and vaccines, and for financing the economic recovery.

Good and services are imported and exported across international boundaries.

Some organization for example “The world trade organization (wto)”, “The International Monetary Fund (IMF)” and “The World Bank” play an important role in a global trade.

The International Monetary Fund (imf): acts to maintain financial stability in the world. Each country pays an amount of money. This fund is used in a difficult moment, for example COVID-19 (190 member countries);
The world trade (wto): it plays a crucial role in an international trade by lowering tariffs, mediating disputes and creating more open global. Decisions must be unanimous and every member bust abide by its rulings. when there are disputes between member states, the wto acts as judge. (164 member countries);
The word bank: The World Bank Group lends money to middle-income and low-income countries to reduce poverty and increase shared prosperity. The shareholders deposit money into the bank according to the size of their economy.

Globalisation refers to the increasingly free flow of ideas,people,goods,services and capital around the world and how this leads to integration of economies and societies .

-GLOBAL CULTURE: cultures mix absorbing different styles and influences .

-GLOBAL LANGUAGE:a common second language is required to comunicate with the world.
English is the lamguage that allows you to communicate even for business proposes.

-GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION:the movement of fast and free information anywhere in the world is now possible due to the internet and the World Wide Web simply using a mobile phone.

-GLOBAL ECONOMY:economic activities are now all’ interconnected and take place in most countries .
Now emerging markets have developed thanks to population growth and are the main engine of global economic growth .

-GLOBAL TRADE:goods and services are imported and exported around the world thanks to new transportation methods.WTO and IMF play an important role in making trade work better.You can buy goods and services all over the world online, the largest store in the world is currently Amazon.

-GLOBAL HEALTH:The spread of Covid-19 has shown that health problems and infectious diseases go beyond borders and can have a strong political and economic impact around the world. Medical research has been shared around the world to end the pandemic and the political influence of the WHO (World Health Organization) has increased.

-Globalisation means increased economic prosperity for poor countries;

-Intermix cultures no borders ;

-Benefits developed countries such as Japan ,U.S.A,Western Europe.

CONS

-Explotation of resource ;

-Exploits and destroys ecosystem caused by pollution ;

-Places profits above people;

-Benefits the wealth at the expense of the poor ;

-Countries tied together economically because if one country collapses ;

-Less cultural diversity and more dominance of western ideas and values .
