End Tax Havens - Establish a clear list of the worst tax havens, based on objective criteria, backed with powerful counter-actions, such as sanctions, to end their use.

ii. End Corporate Tax Secrecy
- Commit to introduce PUBLIC country-by-country reporting (CBCR) for all multinational companies in EACH country they operate. Ensure development finance institutions only invest in companies that have adopted responsible tax policies, for example, by publishing financial reports for every country where they do business.

iii. Competency of investigation officers to interpret and apply tax laws (Raig, 2015).

iv. End Tax Secrecy for the super rich
- Establish a public, centralized register of individuals benefiting from ownership of an asset (including shell companies, bank accounts, foundations, trusts, property etc.).
-Automatically exchange data from the central register of beneficial ownership and financial data from their financial institutions with all countries, including developing countries.

Question 6 : Evaluate whether GST is a good system.
i. GST is also a transparent form of taxation, and reduces the number of indirect taxes incurred.

iv. GST allows businesses to show the tax applied directly in the sales invoice itself. Customers know exactly how much tax they are paying for the product or service they are purchasing.

v. Under GST, the tax burden no longer falls on the shoulders of just one party and instead is divided equally between the manufacturing and services sector.

vi.Both the Central GST and State GST will now be charged on the manufacturing cost and will only be collected at the point of sale under this GST regulation. It reduces the risk of tax evasion by business entities, especially B2B and B2C. It is also helpful for tax administrations for the monitoring and auditing tasks.
