6. 学校管理支持/School management support6. Being available academically and emotionally for students. Providing a judgement free space for stressed students to decompress and voice their issues without fear of being reprimanded. Students, especially exam takers, may have extraordinary pressure placed on them and this can cause anxiety or stress - I think one of my main accomplishments was having a space for them to emotionally de-stress and academically study

此外，学生学习中没有因为数学产生心理阴影，对数学的学习有一定的信心。

Kristal：加大了长难句分析，提高学生阅读的自信和对句子主干的辨识度。

Shaun：事先设定明确的学习目标，确保每个项目都有清晰的学习成果预期。 制定详细的项目计划，包括时间安排、任务分配和评估标准。对优秀项目进行表彰和奖励，增强学生的成就感和自信心。

Knox：积极进行学习，从教师和学生两个方面提升自己的技能水平，能够快速的融入到教学氛围当中，协助教师以及学生完成教学学习的整体任务。

Stephen：多样化的课程设计，使用不同的教学方式，教学软件的使用，设计游戏来让学生进行问题的解答，让学生产生浓厚的学习兴趣，更加深刻的融入课堂。学生成长的”背锅人“。

Summary：英语阅读的效果能够体现到各个学科的学习中，帮助学生更容易地进行其它学科的阅读及理解。明确的目标、系统的规划、学生主导的学习模式、多样化的资源支持、过程中的及时反馈以及成果展示和反思总结，是取得亮点成绩的关键原因。

Sherry：没被学生投诉过。

Runner：课堂上把时间交给学生，让学生去探索、老师最终总结、校对。

Summer：让学生背记、不断的重复。

Nina：接触新的工作内容，学习新的知识、工作方法；身体还不错（几乎不请假）；

2.要提高学生对于基础学科，例如英语的积极性，需要想办法调动学生的兴趣，需要保持教师是否在场时，学生学习的一致性。晚自习需要抓纪律，不能浪费时间，导致晚自习无效化。反之早自习早读需要学生主动进行阅读及口语，进行有声学习。

2.信息更新太快，目不暇接，还需要扩大内存，争取运行更快

3. Early communication about school policy expectations. For exams HoDs let members know about the schools homework arrangements, exam + quiz question type, what the school grades mean vs what we expect on the final exam, etc etc. basically have a very comprehensive meeting at the start of the year to let everyone know what’s going on, and to keep that information public or accessible throughout the year so there is no confusion 

3.对学生迟到、作业屡次不交的现象惩处力度不够。
