We had so little knowledge about how to create and use a digital platform or which programmes would we need in our computers when we were at the beginning of phase 1 and we weren't communicating with each other as much as we needed. Now we are much better. We learned about our digital platform padlet and started to use whatsapp application frequently to communicate, therefore we enhanced our communication skills and we knew about each other's activity and recent events immediately.
Another problems that we lived during phase 1 were lack of team work and arguing with each other. It was hard for our team to agree on same opinion so we couldn't make decisions for a while as a result these coming to a decision processes stealed our time. At the end we saw these were harmful for our team members and team work so we started to be more understanding for each other and we started to be more tolerant to other opinions. We started to meet more often and tried to do more teamwork. We tried to complete our tasks in time which writed in WAP's.
