         <description><![CDATA[<p>Fire drill </p><p>a) Dispositonal: </p><p>Learners may be complacent with the fire drill as it is a recurring exercise.</p><p>a) Situational: </p><p>Learners may be on duty roles hence, not being able to attend the fire drill conduct.</p><p>b) Dispositional:</p><p>Keep learners engage on the fire drill and emphasize on the importance of doing the fire drill.</p><p>b) Situational:</p><p>Conduct another fire drill on another day for learners that were on duty.</p><p>c) Dispostional:</p><p>The fire drill conduct is a requirement and recurring exercise.</p><p>c) Situational:</p><p>Conflicting operations duties.</p><p>d) Dispositional:</p><p>Setting and reminding learners of ground rules</p><p>d) Situational:</p><p>Modifying activities to get more or all learners to participate</p>]]></description>
