Specific: My specific goal for this term is to get a final grade of at least B+ on my report card.

Measurable: I can measure my progress by using the e-prf which can help me calculate for my class standing.

Achievable: I think I can achieve this goal if I set aside time to study and review for quizzes and long tests so that I can guarantee myself a high score.

Relevant: This goal is important to me as it is our final year in junior high and we will be submitting our first term report card as part of our senior high application. So it is important to me that I do good this term to have a better chance of making it to senior high school.

Time-bound: I think I have the capability to achieve this goal by the end of the term as long as I stay focused on my studies and not get distracted by outside forces such as online games and going out with friends.

For me, the most difficult task I encountered was Quiz #3 about Quadratic Functions. This is because I was absent for most of the discussion due to sickness and it included a lesson we had not learned yet which is how to find the zeroes of quadratic functions. Now, I know how to solve for the x-intercept or zeroes of a quadratic function. I will also try to study more at home if I am ever absent so that when I return, I am able to participate in the discussion.

One misconception I had before was how to graph a quadratic equation. I didn't know how to graph one properly when only being given the equation. I also didn't know to graph one when only being given the vertex and only being given the reflection points. Know I know that if you have the vertex, you can use the y-intercept to find the other reflection point, and if you have both reflection points, you can just find the middle of where they both meet to find the vertex.

For me, my best work is my notebook because it shows my effort and dedication when studying. I like to spend time in carefully constructing my notes in a way that I can understand the lesson the better.

We usually have groupworks every session in math where we are given different problems and solve them with our seatmates on our notebooks. It results in a lot of group discussions where we first answer the problem ourselves, then compare answers after to see if we all got the same answer.

Specific: I think that this goal will be completed, as long as I study do good in both LT3 and the term exam, I should get a B+ for my final grade.

Measurable: I think this goal is achieved because according to my e-prf, I have had consistently decent grades in all my quizzes and long tests with only one exception, being quiz 3.

Attainable: I think this goal will be achieved, depending on the results of this last week. As long as I stay determined and motivated, I will be able to perform well in my final few assessments.

Relevant: I think this goal is complete, as I have always stayed close to my objective and never gave up. Despite the many hardships I faced this term, I continued doing my best and working my hardest.

Time-bound: Now that the term is almost over, I can say I have completed my goals and have been taught many lessons from the different experiences I have encountered. I am sure these lessons will stay with me until the end of my academic journey.
