Specific and Strategic :
As trainee, I have be appointed as Trainee Branch Manager by General Manager for the new open fast food restaurant at Karpal Singh Driver in Penang.

Measurable :
I will firstly make sure to achieve the profit monthly goal then after able to maintain the monthly goal,  I will slowly take the restaurant's name into the Top - Sales - Outlet in terms of sales in Penang. To achieve into the Top - Sales - Outlet,  it will be around 1 - 2 years time. I will give test to all the staff in the restaurant like their skill. 

Attainable and Achievable :
Firstly,  I will be planning and analyse how to achieve the profit in monthly goal. After that, I will slowly make the restaurant into the Top - Sales - Outlet in Penang. I will give coupon to customers and let any customer that is new member to the restaurant, a special discount. 

Relevant :
It is relevant since I am a part of the workers in this restaurant and also as the restaurant " Trainee Branch Manager ".

Time bound :
In 1 - 2 years time,  the new open restaurant that I, the Trainee Branch Manager, manage will be in the Top - Sales - Outlet in Penang in terms of sales.
