We had to present about women in early America. We were one of the last groups to go in my history class. We decided to put on a play where everyone would dress up and have their own lines portraying their characters. I was dressed as a monk. It was a very funny play that brought laughter to the class. The theory taught me some helpful concepts that I applied to my study of Communication theory. This required me to visit a wide range of historical sites, and explore medieval art during the age of iconoclasm. As a grad student at San Diego State, I worked with a team developing the student orientation videos for the SDSU Study Abroad program. My teacher told me to convince her that I was really going to get a pound of Antonio's flesh... 
 It was a very scary but funny play at the same time because of the faces we were making for our charachters; however, the class and my teacher liked it.

If you haven't visited the museum, I highly recommend it.  As you visit the different rooms "chambers" in the museum, you are actually experiencing what many Jewish people went thru and suffered when they lived in the different barracks in the concentration camps.  During my visit I had the pleasure to see the Dali Lama and Steven Seagal in person, and It was a humble experience to see the Dali Lama in person. ]]> 2022-03-03 21:34:32 UTC https://padlet.com/miriamgraf/Favorite/wish/2076704249
