This quote supports the theme because this shows that Walter is very passionate about what he wants to do when he gets the money. Walter knows what a reasonable thing to spend the money on. He wants to open up something him, and many other people could enjoy. Walter knows he will earn money opening up the liquor store so that's why he wants to do it. He doesn't want to be a shofur anymore he wants a better job where he isn't looked at like a complete fool.
