         <description><![CDATA[<p>An earth quake starts when an S Wave, or</p><p>seismic wave, makes the ground shake</p><p>after a sudden release of energy. The </p><p>release of energy comes from where the</p><p>rock breaks underground, called the focus.</p><p>And the place right above the focus is called</p><p>the epicenter. </p>]]></description>
