It is statedd that the President and all other civil officers can be impeached/removed from office for Conviction of Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. In Legally Blonde, Elle's professor gets handsy with her in order to "help her move up" in his law firm, to "help her be a better lawyer", and "give her motivation to work harder." This could be considered bribery and Elle recognized it was wrong and she did not want to "move up" or "get better" like this because she can do that with her education/brains.
