         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that this game is&nbsp;not fair. If all 3 people&nbsp;play the same symbol, that means player 1 wins instead of a draw&nbsp;where they can have a do over to get a clear winner. . If&nbsp;everyone is different, then according to the rules in the problem, player 2&nbsp;wins instead of their being a draw. &nbsp;If it is a tie between 2 of them player 3 wins which shouldn't be true depending on the hand sign. They should include a rule for 2 way ties where the 3rd person gets to lose while the other 2 duke it out. This is how I feel the game should be played. </div>]]></description>
