I finally settled on for the final project to make a video based around the media department in the college. I took inspiration for an overall effect for the presentation and a possible layout for the video to make it more interactive.

I worked today on multiple pieces of paperwork such as a rough plan for my production, The shooting list itself, and the risk assessment. it was a good day, with no technical issues involved. the shooting list was the hardest to make as it was putting my idea Into shots. this is why during my shot list I have allocated more areas for the bigger and longer shots and less time for the uncomplicated areas of the production. I then moved onto my Risk assessment. as I am doing this within the college I have to watch for small items that could cause an incident: cabling, wet floors and broken items will overall be taken into consideration. I will update the risk assessment during the next lesson as I have not fully completed my Reece yet. next lesson I will continue a use of perseverance as this is crucial for professional pre production paperwork. The pre-production work helped me overall to create the best possible background work ready for the production. i updated my overall risk assessment, and added more factors to it. i will update this for Friday. furthermore i wrote an overview today for my pre-production portfolio. this meant i could speak about what i am going to do within my production, and what overall paperwork is required for the production. this helped to boost my organisation skills today. i had no barriers completing the task today, as i was working on a computer, with no faults. i had an issue with a computer not printing work, but i resolved this by connecting to another computer. I need today to work on my main organisation. I forgot some items that would have been beneficial today, so i will make sure to bring them to Fridays lesson. overall i learnt today that perseverance is key, and that organisation is key to a successful piece of paperwork and a production. I then read back into my production schedule and looked at times and what could go wrong within the portfolio, such as issues with computers and software, and also what would happen if equipment was already fully booked out. my solutions to these would be to restart a computer if it crashed, or change computer if issues arose. it also showed my solution if equipment was fully booked out, which would be to get creative! use a chair to record low level shots and shelves for high level shots. 
i need to look into access for classrooms. this is essential as without permissions to film, i would not be able to create the shots I want in order to show with this production. i will resolve this by messaging media tutors thoroughly until next Tuesday 28th may, as without the permission the raw footage will not happen.

I had issues with the camera today. my ISO on the automatic setting decided to reset at 200 so for low light imagery this needed to be raised. i used manual settings eventually and this meant i could resolve the issue with the camera. overall it was a very productive day. I got some good imagery and video for the production sorted and made sure all the work was completed to a high standard. I learnt today that to be the best at what you are doing, you need to know what you are doing.I kept an overall cool head and achieved some good footage. I will use this advice from my work today and experiments that this is the best way to work effectively.

I first worked overall on the audio today, acquiring the file needed for the production. This was an audio file that was based around calm and serene music, with vocals and high beats at points throughout the music. i then worked on the video itself. I struggled today due to an issue where my work was unsaved before logging out, so I lost part of my work. I persevered by remaking the project within premier pro. I also looked at interviews. I made sure to also work on the audio. I achieved higher level audio for the production by using a lavapier. This is a device that attaches to the wearer, meaning that the small microphone is closer and helped to give clear audio from the interviewees. if I could go back, I would have saved the work from the computer. Furthermore I would have interviewed more individuals, as I only have two (recorded) interviews so far. 
I learnt this lesson to persevere around issues that may arise within the production.

I achieved this today by checking all paperwork for the production was completed to a high standard, and was effective and relevant to the production i was creating, which was film based. I then looked at the production and worked on rendering the final product which was then fully rendered and exported. in the end, i never interviewed any other students, choosing instead to use another interview i recorded previously. this eliminated the need for the interview, so i used my available time making sure the video was finished and up to scratch.

    Unul din rolurile esentiale ale organizatiilor este sa aiba grija de cea mai importanta resursa: oamenii. Sa recruteze talentele, sa se asigure ca pun angajatul potrivit la locul potrivit, ca sprijina salariatii sa-si dezvolte noi abilitati si competente, sa le ofere resurse pentru a ramane motivati si productivi, sa le evalueze performantele si sa le ofere recompense. Pe scurt, sa stie sa faca managementul resurselor umane. Aceasta sarcina cade pe umerii managerilor si ai specialistilor din departamentul HR, care trebuie fie, in acelasi timp, mentori, strategi, negociatori, buni comunicatori, traineri, dar si birocrati, pentru ca tot ei se ocupa si de partea de recrutare, angajare, gestionarea bugetelor, semnarea si transmiterea documentelor.
