But how to make the dreams come true from hopes? It’s a process where people try really hard to make their dream come true. Moreover, during processing, people might get distracted by something else, thus, they need to have the vision to keep them on track. It is the same as in a workplace, a vision is really important because it is like a window to the things that followers may not see it. And a leader’s responsibility is to translate the company’s vision into a specific goal, objectives, and plans so their followers "know how to move toward the desired future” (Daft, 2018). 
Fortunately, I had a chance to study leadership and have been in the tourism industry for three years which helped me to make my vision to be clearer than ever. My personal leadership vision is to be a leader who everyone can count on.
