One starter and one main course . The starter is called baba-gannoug . It's a kind of aubergine salad . First, you chop the aubergine into pieces, than you fry them . After that you put the fried pieces in mixer and add some tahina , salt and vinegar. Finally you serve it in osmall plates the second dish is called " fattah" . it consists of rice , meat , bread and sauce . First you parboil the meat like the normal way. Then , you prepare some rice and soap . Bring a big dish and cut the bread. Spill some soap over the bread, then add some rice to cover the bread. Spill some sauce above the rice finally add some piece of meat on the top . The idea of making an arts and crafts area id a great idea. I think it will attract many customers restaurant . Making a weekly puppet show in the restaurant could me a wonderful idea. Regarding the photos you took, they are typical of our country. You can find these sights everywhere in our country.
