Price: It is easy to compare prices to other shops online. The pricing must be difficult  - some stores really overprice their crystals which drives customers away → they can find a cheaper alternativeWhen a crystal is way too cheap (less than 100)  -- customers may question if the stone is real or just man made out of plastic or glass. Cheaper prices will be associated with cheaper quality or even a scam.
Product :They must take good photos of the stones so they look pretty - some stores specify the size or the place where the stone was found to add further value to their product. Some stores may offer common stones at a small price. Some stores may only have a few products but they are all rare crystals people may be drawn to a store if they continuously come out with rare stones - even if it’s pricier
Promotion: The shop owners may pay instagram to put an advertisement → while people are scrolling through their feed they may get a picture of the shop’s stock. They may also promote their products be engaging with their customers - using polls, or questionnaires, being polite - etc
