In Georgia, two men shot 29-year-old Joylessa Roby during an armed robbery. Someone saw her body and called police. Roby had gotten off work at an area McDonald's hours earlier. The woman died after being taken to the hospital. This situation happened in an armed robbery and there was a shooting like in the book Monster. Everybody thinks that he is guilty including O’Brien and his dad. Only is mother thinks the opposite. In addition, Petrocelli pulled a cheap trick by giving the pictures of Mr. Nesbitt to the jurors for them to take home for the weekend. Lorelle Henry, a new witness, was in the drugstore the day of the crime. She heard someone arguing and then, one of the men who was involved, asked the store owner where the money was. Mrs. Henry identified James King as one of the men she saw in the drugstore. Next on the stand is Bobo Evans. He and King have planned out a getover and Steve was the lookout. He and King started a beef with the store owner who pulled a gun on them. While Bobo was getting the money, King shot Mr. Nesbitt by accident.
